I'm happy to help my customers with any problems they may have with my services. You can send an inquiry anytime you should have a problem. Those services are FREE! At Urban Hues, customer service is a priority, not a profit. Please note that due to buisness, time, most services not being actual items, and strong effort, I cannot issue refunds on any services recieved. Though we will work something out if you have problems with what you have ordered. Most solutions would be to modify what you already have. I can send you a copy of your files, no problem. I usually upload them to a free hosting site and keep a hardcopy on-hand in the case something happens with that site that would otherwise be acessable. Just send an email through our form below. We currently accept paypal only. My paypal email is jadedfreek@aol.com. Click send money, put in the amount and my paypal email address. You will soon be able to order services right from the site without email, for now, I'm using email so that I can put orders and questions all in one place. Fill out all feilds and in the message feild, type in the name of the service you are inquiring about.(ie. Mad Urban,5 pages, url to images etc.) You can either put the url to any images inside the message feild or if there is only one, put it in the URL feild.
